WORLD CUP GERMANY 2006

Hi Guys and gals...

sorry for not writting for a while.. But hey.. the job, the family and all the other fun stuff keeping me busy... . I wish to retire next week, but haven't hit the jackpot yet. Well that’s not the topic of this article. It’s rather the coverage of the world cup 2006.

I will analyze each and every team that qualified to the world cup and what they could achieve.

Here is first of all a world map with all the qualified teams that might be interesting for some:

We will start With Group A:

The fates were clearly smiling on the hosts of the 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany™. Pitted against Costa Rica, Poland and Ecuador, the Mannschaft face three capable teams, but they are surely well equipped to negotiate their way through to the knock-out stages. The key, of course, will be to not underestimate their opponents, a lesson both France and Argentina learned to their cost in 2002. For their part, the Poles and Ecuadorians will be confident after impressive qualification campaigns, while Costa Rica already showed themselves capable of causing an upset in 1990.
FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking
Germany 16th
Costa Rica 21st
Poland 23rd
Ecuador 37th

I can tell you with this group we will see nothing but great matches, it's a perfect combination of soccer skill coming from the Latin Americans and technical thinking from the Europeans. If you ask me today who will make it to the second round, I will tell you that for sure Germany and Poland. The Germans will achieve second round due to them paying at home; as for the poles, will they are in my opinion the heavy weights in this group with the solid World cup qualification results. It's a team that showed great deal of commitment, perseverance and skill. Sorry to put the Latins as the group losers, but I believe that they got the skill, but lack the experience and technical thinking aspect of the game.

Once again, it will be a great group to watch, but if you wanna bet money, put it on Germany and Poland.

Next week, I will give more of a thorough analysis of Group B, which it's composed of England, Trinidad and Tobago, Paraguay and Sweden.

THE FACE OF BRAZIL

Hello boys and girls....

About two weeks ago I got in touch with a very old friend to me from Brazil, whom I haven't seen in about eight or nine years. Cool huh?. Well it was definitely great to talk to her and get to know what she is doing with her life.

Francis Lives in the state of Parana in Brazil, in a little town called União de Vitória, where she had an export import company, exporting lumber and other material world wide which her state specializes in. Unfortunately due to globalization and the cheap Chinese market factor, her state, city and in fact business lost a lot of lumber market to the Chinese. In her city alone eight hundred jobs were lost and many more to come.

As sad as this may sound, in the light of those sad events, and economic struggle, Francis has started a great initiative; a project called the face of Brazil. She thought a lot of what she could do to help and change the reality in place, and THE FACE of BRAZIL was the answer.

THE FACE OF BRAZIL is a project where crafty men and women who have lost their jobs are working with their hands to produce different art work that represents Brazil and that region of the country.

Francis wish is currently trying to build outside markets and promote these wonderful work of art to the world, in the hopes that to open a new market of handcraft art to their beloved city.

I can tell you that I am proud of her, I mean she have started this project in 2005 and she was the only one in this initiative and today she is part of an organisation of a hundred people trying to help their community.

Based on the manpower of a local plastic artist, her organisation is creating weekly art workshops to produce prints for t-shirts, yokes; dresses, Brazilian subjects painted the hand on silk satin and pure silk. Also they are building partnership with the local University to develop different art courses to help the people produce a better product; different visual art courses will take place in 2006 and hopefully will bring great rewards to the project.
So take the time to look at the different pictures posted in this article and hi…. Contact me or contact my Friend Francis@: francis@pacbrasil.com.br. I am sure she will appreciate it.

Well.. Until next time kids.. god bless you.

HOME Business all the way!

Hi guys and girls,

Home business is the one thing that always comes and goes and it’s a great indication of what economy we are living in today… at least here in North America. Will , I can tell you that over the last few month I have been looking at the easiest most intelligent way to make money and requires too little or no effort at all, but sadly there isn’t.. well there is but it’s illegal . however, there is tones and tones of other ways and means to achieve great incomes from home, but it takes a certain efforts from you.

In my book, the easiest and most interesting programs, that requires nothing but a computer access to the net are “affiliate programs”. If you look around my page, you will see that I got different banners with different companies on the net. So what are those?... They are simply web promotional tools that large sites, e-businesses and corporations uses to promote their products on small sites in the hopes of driving customers to them. Next… after their banner or ad is placed on a site (that require a registration with the affiliate program to get their banner code that is assigned to you), you can start earning $$$$ just by referring your site traffic to their sites…… Cool.. right? .. it is… but takes a lot more work then that.. you are hoping that when someone lands on your site, take the courage and either CLICK on the Google ads ( which it earns you $$$ just when someone clicks on it.. so GO ahead a click around on my site pleeeeeeeeeeease).. or if CLICK on one of the different banners and then make a purchase or a sign-up or basically do business with the site in question, THEN you get your cut of the deal.

See… this requires a lot of promoting, however you can start putting those affiliate programs on a blog like this one ( which is free) , then go for a site if you get more professional.

A solid site that could help you start up with affiliate programs is: www.associateprograms.com, there all aspects of affiliate programs are covered and it really tells you step by step what you need to do to have those programs.

Feel free to drop me a line or two, and I will be more then happy to help you set up your blog with affiliates. Cool stuff?

Until next time… I love you all!
